Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Rallyo mobile application ("App", "Service") developed and operated by Artsiom Loika ("we", "us", "our").

By downloading, installing, or using Rallyo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. About the Service

Rallyo is an iOS application for organizing and managing padel tournaments. The App provides tools for tournament creation, player management, real-time scoring, statistics tracking, and tournament sharing.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using Rallyo, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. User Account

The App uses anonymous authentication via Firebase. You do not need to create a traditional account with a username and password. By using the App, an anonymous identifier is automatically assigned to enable certain features such as tournament sharing.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the App.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Free and Premium Features

Rallyo offers both free features and premium features available through a paid subscription ("Rallyo Pro"). Free features include basic tournament management capabilities. Premium features include advanced tournament formats, extended statistics, export capabilities, and other features as described in the App.

4.2 Subscription Plans

Rallyo Pro is available as:

• Weekly subscription — auto-renewing on a weekly basis
• Annual subscription — auto-renewing on a yearly basis
• Lifetime purchase — one-time payment for permanent access

Prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region. All prices include applicable taxes where required by law.
